Dr. Dinakar Golla brings a rare combination of clinical leadership and deal-making experience to the firm's healthcare practice. He founded and scaled a multidisciplinary medical platform spanning plastic surgery, dermatology, and med spa services across three states, building it from the ground up while simultaneously running clinical operations himself, giving him firsthand command of both the P&L and the exam room.

Before joining the firm, Dr. Golla served as an operating partner and healthcare sector advisor to several middle-market private equity firms, where he sourced and structured strategic investments, advised on physician-group consolidation, and helped portfolio companies improve clinical and operational performance post-close. That experience, paired with a deep network of physicians, operators, and sponsors across the healthcare sector, positions him to lead the firm's healthcare M&A practice, identifying and evaluating opportunities, advising clients on clinical and operational diligence, and serving as a trusted bridge between the medical and investment communities.
