Kaitlyn Lipps

Kaitlyn is a senior analyst at MTA Advisory Partners, where she plays an active role in supporting M&A and valuation engagements. She is responsible for company financial analysis, business valuation support, and creating marketing materials for clients preparing to sell their businesses, including teasers and confidential information memorandums (CIMs). Kaitlyn also conducts industry research, evaluates potential buyers, and analyzes recent transactions to help guide deal positioning and execution. In addition, she oversees MTA’s social media presence.

Previously, Kaitlyn worked in the Forensic, Litigation, and Valuation group at Louis Plung & Company, supporting transaction advisory, business valuation, forensic accounting, and tax restructuring services. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Seton Hill University in 2024 and completed her MBA in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination in 2025.



Originally from Harmonsburg, PA, Kaitlyn now lives in Pittsburgh. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing volleyball, and spending time with her dog, Alfie.
