Lee Miller

Lee Miller is a Managing Director at MTA Advisory Partners, where he advises business owners through strategic transactions and ownership transitions.

Lee brings more than three decades of commercial leadership experience spanning the construction and mining equipment and property and casualty insurance industries. Over the course of his career, he has developed a consultative approach to business development that goes beyond traditional sales — centering client conversations on the financial implications of capital investment through production sensitivity analysis, cash flow modeling, and cost analysis.

That methodology has proven effective in influencing complex purchasing decisions and building long-term client relationships rooted in demonstrated economic value rather than product features alone.

Lee has been an active participant in the industries he serves. He has held board positions with both the Pennsylvania Coal Alliance and the Associate Board of the Pennsylvania Aggregate and Concrete Association, reflecting a commitment to the broader community of operators and stakeholders in the region's construction and extractive sectors.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Ohio University.
