Advisor
Pete Tsudis

Pete Tsudis brings more than 30 years of hands-on experience in middle-market operations, sales strategy, organizational design, and value creation for privately held, family-owned, and private-equity-backed businesses. His career spans both financial services and large-scale manufacturing leadership, giving him a uniquely comprehensive perspective on how companies grow, scale, and ultimately achieve premium valuations.
Pete began his career in middle-market lending at PNC Bank, where he spent more than a decade restructuring, advising, and consulting with companies to position them for long- term success. In 2001, he acquired a small chocolate contract manufacturing business with roughly 30 employees. Over the next two decades, Pete grew the company into one of the largest contract manufacturers in the United States for nutrition bars, chocolate, and baked goods—expanding the operation to more than 500 employees and over 400,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space. During this period, he also targeted and executed two strategic acquisitions valued at more than $200 million combined, significantly expanding the company’s capabilities and national footprint. In 2022, Pete led the successful sale of the business for a 10x EBITDA multiple.
Since 2023, Pete has focused on advising and supporting other operators. He currently serves on two company boards and consults with multiple food manufacturing and consumer-goods businesses. His recent work includes:
- Developing and executing the sales strategy for a PE-backed co-packing company and supporting the launch and rapid expansion of a new business division.
- Advising a family-owned testing company through a sale at an 11x EBITDA multiple—one of the highest multiples the strategic buyer had ever paid.
- Leading an organizational restructuring for a meat production company, realigning roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures across the business.
- Guiding a family-owned CPG company through the acquisition of its contract manufacturer to stabilize and secure its supply chain.
Pete’s approach is grounded in clarity, accountability, and execution. He begins by deeply understanding the objectives of family owners or private-equity sponsors, then applies decades of experience—both the successes and the hard-earned lessons—to diagnose operational challenges and design practical, actionable solutions that move companies forward.
